Taiwanese group S.H.E encourage students to exercise




Taiwanese group, S.H.E is promoting doing exercises and encourage students to exercise at least 150 minutes per week. S.H.E expressed that they loved exercising and will try to move around every week. Hebe Tien (田馥甄) said: "A little sweat helps to increase the metabolism and it will be perfect if we can exercise thrice per week."

A few days ago, Selina Jen (任家萱) finished the 10km run in the woman marathon and disclosed that she loved to play badminton and cycling. When mentioned about dodgeball was popular during the primary school days, Selina said: "I am extremely terrified!"

As for Ella Chen (陳嘉樺), she expressed that she loved playing basketball since young and became the spokeperson for fitness advertisement. Lastly, Ella hoped to train her muscles and have a better body.
