Ruco Chan is forced to make important decision and absent from the hearing related to his reckless driving

Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) was exposed by the reporters for dating his rumoured girlfriend, Phoebe Sin (單文柔) last year and charged for reckless driving when leaving.
