Kenneth Chan: Hong Kong has two television companies even ATV is closed down

Ex ATV artiste, Kenneth Chan (陳啟泰) accepted an interview from ON.CC (東網) and in response to the statement made by Wong Ching (王征), he said: "The ideal outcome is to have invester or 'white warrior' to save ATV. If really none, it is not a bad situation for ATV to close down as the employees no longer need to worry about salary issue. Anyway, Hong Kong has two television companies. The closure of ATV should be considered good news to backend staff. It is similar to computer which needs to restart whenever it is shut down.

Jessica Hsuan gives up her relationship over career

Jessica Hsuan (宣萱) accepted an interview in a programme, The boy Who Will Never Grow Old (不老的傳說) hosted by Elaine Ng (吳綺莉) and Kenneth Chan (陳啟泰). When mentioned about her romance experience, she disclosed that she dated a boyfriend for 6 years and the relationship was stable. It was already at the marriage stage but being a career woman, she chose to sacrifice her relationship, as her ex-boyfriend did not allow her to work in this line and wanted her to raise kids at home as a mummy.

Jessica confessed that she was a sentimental person and felt that she was foolish to ask her partner to treat himself better when she was 20 something years old. Now, she knows how to differentiate between the real and fake, due to experiencing many failed relationships, but will continue to look positive and not give up. Jessica said "Life is short. I will carry on trying and most importantly, is to find the person."

Kenneth Chan reminiscences the filming memories in ATV

Ex-ATV artiste, Kenneth Chan (陳啟泰) was invited to ATV (亞視) show as the guest and shared his acting experience in ATV with the host, Jaclyn Chu (朱慧珊). Kenneth even talked about behind the scene amusing incidents while filming the series, My Date with a Vampire (我和殭屍有個約會).

In the past, Kenneth joined ATV through singing contest and became the host and actor in TVB subsequently. In year 1998, he crossed over to ATV and became popular after participating in the series, My Date with a Vampire and the host for games programme, Who wants to be a Millionaire.

When recalled about the memories of filming My Date with a Vampire, Kenneth said "At that time, I film My Date with a Vampire immediately after crossing over to ATV. Even my marriage is completed during the filming process. In the series, my role is considered both good and evil and I have many different images. To me, it is considered a breakthrough though."
