Maggie Shiu will be filming series in Mainland China so as to broaden horizon

Artiste Maggie Shiu (邵美琪) and Wong Tak Bun (黃德斌) attended an event related to TVB series, The Executioner (刀下留人). When mentioned about the series received good reviews, Maggie praised the script was well-written and detailed and filming series depended on scriptwriter, Executive Producer and opponent: "Very comfortable and my mother asked me the reason for excluding me. She really understands it and the ratings is not important. I feel very happy when everybody likes me."

Maggie disclosed The Executioner series brought her an invitation to film movie: "Some scriptwriters and directors are reliable. (Going to film movie?) Yes and we are discussing about Mainland China series now but it depends on the time schedule. (Earn more money when filming in Mainland China?) Please do not say that and it is enough to make a living. But working with different people and places will enrich your working experience."

Natalie Tong feels Tony Hung is not manly




Artiste Wong Tak Bun (黃德斌), Natalie Tong (唐詩詠) and others were shooting promotion clip for new series, Speed of Life (鐵馬戰車) at Tuen Mun. In the series, Natalie acted as a policewoman and needed to ride motorcycle. She disclosed that she hoped to obtain motorcycle licence and said: "Police motorcycle is very heavy and stand-in is required for many scenes. I really wish to obtain motorcycle licence as riding it looks very stylish. (Tony Hung (洪永城) allows you to drive?) None of his business. (Fetch him after obtaining licence?) Nope as he is very talkative and annoying and it is dangerous when driving motorcycle."

Natalie also felt that Tony was not manly and should try to drive motorcycle: "Tony is not manly and Wong Tak Bun looks very manly when looking at him. I hope we can drive motorcycle together." Mentioning about one of the leads, Sisley Choi (蔡思貝) was absent, Natalie replied she needed to film series and film it later.

The Executioner (刀下留人) series starring Tak Bun is broadcasting currently and Speed of Life series will be airing in January. He said: "Fortunately, there is uniform temptation and I have confidence in the ratings record."

Highest ratings for Limelight Years series was at 29 pts



TVB announced the ratings for primetime slots for last week and the highest ratings for the series, Limelight Years (華麗轉身) was 29 pts, around 1.88 millions audiences, while the average ratings for finale on Sunday was 26 pts. It achieved average ratings at 24 pts on weekdays. The ratings and good reviews of Limelight Years starring Liza Wang (汪明荃) as main lead proved that she continued to be well-loved by the audiences. It was estimated that TVB will be broadcasting the new series, Master of Destiny (風雲天地) directing by Wong Jing (王晶) in June. In the series, Liza 'Jie' acted as the mother of Hawick Lau (劉愷威), Edwin Siu (蕭正楠) and Wong Tak Bun (黃德斌). Lastly, The Empress of China (武則天) series starring Fan Bingbing (范冰冰) maintained the average ratings standard at 25 pts.
