Fred Cheng is nervous releasing his first CD
Singer Fred Cheng (鄭俊弘) appeared at a television station event and he expressed that this is his first year becoming the event's ambassador. This time, to have the opportunity to collaborate with 17-years old pianist, he felt really fortunate and also believed the pianist has profound musical achievements. Asked if he has artistic genes, Fred expressed: "I believe if you are interested in something, you can be trained until you reach the level of being gifted." He pointed out that he spent a lot of time and efforts to be able to have gifted talent in music and guitar. He also think art is a type of attitude that lets us discover what we want to express.
In addition, he disclosed that his new album has entered post-production. First time releasing a CD, Fred admitted that he is very nervous and really worried about the results of his new CD. Asked if his mentor Eric Moo helped him, he said: "He helped me a lot. Actually I have a duet with him, it was recorded at his concert. But I don't know if I can include it in my CD. I hope I can include it so people have something to commemorate."
