Wayne Lai (黎耀祥) attended the press conference for TVB overseas series, Journey to the West (西遊記) and disclosed that he acted as pigsy 15 years ago and the filming process was very difficult. Wayne said "I will not film even if you beat me to death. After all, age is different and to me mentally, my understanding of that role is the best for 15 years ago, as I understand how to act pigsy role easily. Now, I am mature but feel that I am the most dashing pigsy in the history!" When talking about TVB will be airing Mainland China series in their prime time slot, Wayne said "It does not matter and the stuff will always take a long time to complete. It is good to have healthy competition and provides more choices to the audiences." Asked about the series, Rear Mirror (載得有情人) starring him as male lead but replaced by Journey to the West, Wayne felt that it did not matter and he enjoyed the filming process. He said "It does not matter when it will air and the rating results. The company has seen my series and they said it is good. Thus, I am not worried about the airing schedule."
