In order to make the series, The Empress of China (武則天) impressive, TVB decided to compose 4 new songs. Singing diva, Joey Yung (容祖兒) will be singing the opening theme song, while Jinny Ng (吳若希), Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) and Aarif Lee (李治廷) will sing the ending theme songs.
