The director chose a Brazil supermodel and both had a bed scene. The female model wore a white shirt dress and revealed her legs and leaned towards Nicky.
In order to achieve the special effects, the director increased the speed of the song despite a slow song. Thus, Nicky had to sing very fast so as to match with the rhythm. Although it was difficult, Nicky managed to overcome it and complete the process.
