Stephen Huynh consider running a restaurant is another sideline career
Artiste Stephen Huynh's (黃長興) new restaurant opening ceremony was held at Fortress Hill. His wife and his 16-month-old daughter were also present at the event. He said he has been operating a French restaurant for 5 years, but have found the idea to be different to the Hong Kong culture and took the route of spending 500,000 dollars for renovations. He also said that he actually wanted to open the restaurant in a shopping mall and believes the renting price is not the most important, but having enough customers is considered the most important.
Stephen said operating a restaurant is another sideline career and TVB has invited him to film in a new drama. He was asked when will his contract expire? He said: "There is one more year. (Sign a longer contract?) I wouldn't mind. TVB gives me a lot of opportunities and my Cantonese has improved a lot.
