On last Saturday, Jinny Ng's (吳若希) mother was involved in a bike accident and sent to the hospital for operation. Yesterday evening around 6pm, Jinny wore spectacles and mask to visit her mother in ICU ward in the hospital together with her good friend, KellyJackie. Jinny's brother arrived after 15 minutes followed by her mother's male friend, Mr Wong (黃先生).
Depended on breathing machine
Jinny and her brother went into the ward to encourage their mother and stayed for many hours. She accepted the interview upon walking out from the ward and when asked about her mother's condition, Jinny said: "Not much improvements and no reactions when we talked to her. The doctor said we needed to wait and there was nothing much we could do. Her condition is stable and the doctor said it was best if she could wake up soon. She added her mother might needed to undergo a minor surgery in order to maintain her breathing and she depended on the breathing machine now. They will know the timing of the surgery upon seeing the doctor tomorrow.
Big reaction when artistes visited patient
When mentioned about many artistes visited her mother recently, Jinny replied that her mother had big reaction upon knowing many friends visited her: "She will move her fingers and legs or roll her eyes." When asked about her mother's male friend, Mr Wong visited her everyday, Jinny said: "Yes and he will massage my mother." When the reporters mentioned the next few days were public holiday, Jinny responded that her brother will stay in their uncle's house: "My brother loves to stay with my cousin and they will travel together so as to reduce their stress."
