During the interview, Raymond expressed he attended the event on behalf of Hins Cheung (張敬軒) who was hospitalised for pneumonia: "I know it affect his voice when talking on the phone and hope he will recover soon." He added he had been undergoing training to make himself fit for his concert in Hong Kong Coliseum in April and when asked how much weight he had lost, Raymond said: "I have not weigh myself and should lose around 5 pounds based on the appearance. But I am not trying to lose weight but making myself fitter. I need to drink less water and choose the food wisely as retain water easily." He disclosed that he told his family not to urge him to eat more food but could eat abalones: "Can eat abalones but not much gravy as contains sugar.
Tried to lose water quickly
Raymond revealed he tried to lose water and had to ensure not to faint on the stage at the same time: "Hence I will not drink water when going to bed and eat more meat now. I am drinking more green juice and will have no problem once used to it." When asked about how muscles he had trained, Raymond replied it was not obvious: "No idea and have to go for training. (Tops?) No idea and has to ask Ma Tian Yo."
Will cook together with Karena Ng during Valentine's Day
When mentioned about Valentine's Day, Raymond replied he was planning with Karena Ng (吳千語) now: "There is lots of things I cannot eat now. (Cook by yourself?) Can try it out." He will prepare present as well.
