Their passports are not missing but the document issued by the hotel are placed on the table in the manager's room. We suspect the passport photo and the document issued by the hotel are filmed in the hotel room. From the CCTV, it is discovered 4 hotel staff (3 Japanese and 1 Chinese) entered the hotel room yesterday. The police has stepped in and we will investigate together."
