Julian Cheung becomes mature when acting as 'Cho Ko Ko' role after 15 years

Recently, the classic series, Return of the Cuckoo (十月初五的月光) starring Julian Cheung (張智霖), Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) and Nancy Sit (薛家燕) as main leads has been re-broadcasting at night and many audiences were watching it again. This also reminded them of the series memories 15 years ago. The movie version, Return of the Cuckoo will be releasing next month and many filming photos are released to the audiences for admiration. Hence, many audiences are focused on the cast members' maintenance skills. There is not much changes in terms of Julian's look and baby fat can be seen on Charmaine's face at that time, but the fans praise they are elegant and pure.

Currently working in Mainland China, Julian expressed he did not have time to watch Return of the Cuckoo series. When asked about acting in this series, Julian said: "In fact, it is a rare opportunity. 'Cho Ko Ko 初哥哥' is one of my favourite role and I am happy when filming this series. I spend lots of efforts to learn sign language. After 15 years, my feelings remain when acting this role again but after many years of changes, 'Cho Ko Ko 初哥哥' transforms from innocent to mature and it has some changes with 'Kwan Ho 君好' in the movie version. Hope the audiences will like it." Mentioning that his age was 'frozen' in terms of looks, Julian laughed and said: "I have become mature and maintaining happiness is most important."
