Artiste Bernice Liu (廖碧兒) attended charity event and disclosed her retina had some problem when going for medical check-up and she needed to undergo surgery. Thus, she was resting currently and tried to reduce her workload so as to prevent her retina from having problem again.
When asked about her recent work plan, Bernice replied she will attend charity and wine events in Hong Kong in November and December. Asking if she will return to TVB to film series, Bernice expressed she had interest: "It does not matter if there is a good script. In the recent years, I have been focusing on filming series and movies by using English dialogue. Also, I need to participate in promotion activity including the US, Singapore and India. (Did TVB approach you to film series?) Nope lately. But they approach me to film programme but I am filming series in Malaysia at that time."
Mentioning about Power Chan (陳國邦) leaving TVB, Bernice expressed she worked with him before and was quite close to his spouse, Mimi Lo (羅敏莊): "Around 5 to 8 years ago. He takes care of the junior and his acting skills is good. His departure is a pity and what matters most is happiness, as working in this line is difficult."
