Roger Kwok auctions off "whole family" for charity

TV King Roger Kwok (郭晉安) appeared at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (灣仔會展); he was dressed up handsomely to attend the elderly charity dinner. Roger even auctioned off his TV King victory outfit that he wore to receive his award at the TVB Anniversary Awards, helping to fundraise for the elderly.

Roger and the designer of the suit were both interviewed; the designer revealed that he used over ten thousands pieces of colored crystals and within two weeks, he finished creating the white suit with his lovely son and daughter's faces. After hearing this, Roger promptly joked: "This time I'm auctioning my whole family off!" Asked whether he would bid back his victory suit, he said: "Too expensive, I can't afford it. There are many generous donors that are also present. (How much do you plan on auctioning it off for?) Of course the higher the better! (Won't be able to part with it?) Yeah, I had to feel it a few more times first!"

Roger also expressed that the attentive designer is currently designing a black suit of the same style as a memento for him. He candidly hoped that auctioning off his victory suit will remind everyone to do good deeds: "The significance behind this shirt is very meaningful to me. I believe happiness is something that has to be earned, and after earning it, it must be shared. I hope I can alert everyone to care about the elderly!" The base price of the victory suit is 38000 HKD, ultimately it was sold for 62000 HKD.
