83-years old Wu Fung (胡楓) along with Joe Junior and Joyce Cheng (鄭欣宜) attended the celebration today (28 July) for giant panda Jia Jia's (佳佳) upcoming birthday setting a new longevity record. Wu Fung brought along his granddaughter and great-grandson to the event. When he held up his three years old, he smiled and said: "Four generations in my family, I spend each day happily! I call my great-grandson "rugby" (攬球) because he is very clever and he receives many people's liking. At such a young age, he already knows how to recite Chinese poems."
Ocean Park's giant panda Jia Jia will turn 37 (110 in human years) in August, setting two new Guinness World Records, which include "The Oldest Panda in Captivity" and "The Oldest Panda Still Living in Captivity".
