Charmaine Sheh shared her knowledge about buying property

Him Law (羅仲謙) and Tavia Yeung (楊怡) were not the only artistes with the knowledge to invest in property, Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) was one of them and she felt that investment in property was realistic and stable, but needed to calculate the working capital well. Charmaine said: "It have to depend on your ability and see if we can find any tenants to rent it. Even we manage to find tenants, we must monitor the market too. You can consider to invest in property if no problem with capital."

Simon Yam (任達華) expressed that it was not a good time to buy property within this two years and he had no intention to make the purchase. However, he was not worried for Him Law and Tavia and praised Him Law had a good career ahead: "He is very young and has a good career ahead. During the filming of new movie, The Monkey King 2 (西遊記之孫悟空三打白骨精), with him, I suggest to him that it will be less worry for him even with added interest if he can make around 60% to 70% of the down payment. (Your opinion about property?) If you are living by yourself, you can consider areas such as Sheung Shui (上水) and Yuen Long (元朗), as it require less capital."
