Moon Lau (劉佩玥) attended the press conference of FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix (FIVB世界女排大獎賽) at Olympian City on 28 April and disclosed she managed to get into the school volleyball team during studying days. When asked if she got to know any male friends, Moon replied she focused on playing volleyball but admired guys with sunshine and positive energy: "My first love is a sports man and we play triathlon, volleyball and basketball. I ask him any sports questions and we spend beautiful teenage years."
During the press conference, Moon revealed her anxiety to meet the sports woman from China, Sun Yue (孫玥) as they had common name and supported her ball match when small.
