In the movie version, Line Walker (使徒行者), Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) acts as 'Ding Jie (釘姐)' which is the same role as Line Walker series but her opponent changes from Raymond Lam (林峯) to Francis Ng (吳鎮宇) and she is full of gratitude towards him.
As TV Queen, Charmaine did not think of becoming movie queen as she was considered a newcomer in movie industry and there was many areas of learning and improvements. She expressed her desire to work with Chow Yun Fat (周潤發): "Any roles do not matter as long as I get to film with Chow Yun Fat."
