Vincent Wong has an extreme fear of heights but still completes filming


Earlier Vincent Wong's (王浩信) series, Over Run Over (EU超時任務) finished airing, playing an outstanding role and netizens elected him as one of the candidates for TV King this year. Vincent who is accepting a lot of series offers just recently returned to Hong Kong from Vietnam after filming for an upcoming series, Dead Wrong (致命復活). Recently he was in Tai Kok Tsui filming a scene where he was suspended in the air.

The series tells a story of Vincent Wong who was previously kidnapped, is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. His character has a change of personality who loves to put his life at risk. On the day of filming, Vincent had to film hanging in the air pulling a banner. Apart from being suspended 5-6 storeys high, an hour later he had to jump off from a truck. Filming took 5 hours to complete and Vincent's body was fully tied with safety ropes. There was also 20-30 actors and actresses at the scene cheering him on.

Afterwards Vincent accepted ON.CC's (東網) interview and during the interview he admitted that he has lost five pounds due to the many action scenes. Vincent who had a fear of heights also said: "This is the highest I've been suspended in the air. Even when I have a fear of heights, I have lost all my feelings. It feels like I am filming a super hero film, that I am actually flying!"

I am called Kou Tou more than my real name 'Ho Sun' 

When speaking about many passer-bys cheering and calling him Ditch '(Kou Tou' his nickname from Over Run Over, Vincent said: "In fact, many people call  me 'Kou Tou' more than Ho Sun (Vincent's real name). This is a happy thing for me, because I know they still have the character Kou Tou in their heart". (The character Kou Tou has brought you a lot of revenue?) I am very lucky to have my workload increased. I have filmed an insurance and toothpaste advertisement. These are all happy things". Vincent hopes to go on a holiday with his wife and daughter after all filming are complete, but he has a tight schedule and will not be free until the beginning of next year. Vincent said he has a new drama filming in June along with Natalie Tong (唐詩詠) and will also have many cooperation with overseas actors and actresses.
