Taiwanese celebrity, Ruby Lin (林心如) and Tony Yang (楊祐寧) were promoting new movie, Phantom of the Theatre (魔宮魅影) in Chengdu and it was their second collaboration after The House That Never Dies (京城81號) movie. When mentioned about given the title as 'Ghost Queen (鬼后)', Ruby said: "Thank you for giving me the title. I happen to film 3 movies with similar themes and the results is satisfactory." However, Tony felt it was difficult to act in the movie with sad theme again and said: "I was duped when acting in this movie as the director told me it was a comedy movie."
