Artiste Grace Chan (陳凱琳) attended a charity event for fighting against cancer and expressed she went for jogging alone every night so as to relax and analyse. Kevin Cheng was nominated for My Favourite TVB Actor in a Leading Role (最喜愛TVB男主角) category based on Eye in the Sky (天眼) series, together with Louis Cheung (張繼聰) (Momentary Lapse of Reason 收規華) and Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) (Captain of Destiny 張保仔) in TVB Star Awards Malaysia 2015 (TVB馬來西亞星光薈萃頒獎禮2015) and when asked about her views who had higher chance to become TV King, Grace immediately congratulated him for the nomination and said: "I know he is hardworking and strong in acting series. He is satisfied with his acting skills and achievements. Kevin said we need to continue to learn in acting industry as there will be awards given and contented if nominated." Asking who was her preferred choice to win TV King as her rumoured boyfriend, Ruco Chan was one of the opponents, Grace said: "3 of them are good in acting and are qualified to become TV King. Title is not important and we need to be happy when working and continue to work hard. (Any favouritism?) I worked with 3 of them before and they deserve to win."
