Beautiful Pinky Cheung shared her speedy slimming method


Summer season is arriving soon and beautiful Pinky Cheung (張文慈) shared her speedy slimming method. She advised to eat normally as gaining weight will be slower: "More meals in small quantity. Fruits and eggs and drink more water in the morning. Eat less food in the afternoon and avoid high carbohydrate food before dinner at 6pm. It is possible to reduce 6 pounds within a month."
