Artiste Ron Ng (吳卓羲) attended the promotion campaign for new series, Lady Sour (醋娘子) and when asked if he will leave after the contract with TVB expired, Ron replied the contract will expire next year and had not reach a decision, as busy filming series in Mainland China.

When asked if he was placed aside by TVB, Ron said: "It will be over for me in TVB then!" and hoped for career advancement in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Asked if he felt down after working in TVB for many years without any awards, Ron said: "Getting award depends on the fate. I wish to act in the role I prefer and learn from my opponents. Money is secondary." When mentioned if Raymond Lam's (林峯) departure from TVB and gained better career prospect and gave him a desire to leave, Ron replied with a smile that Raymond had always been very good and agreed with him: "Everyone is independent and nobody can influence one's decision."
Asked if any companies in Mainland China approached him, Ron said: "Yes including Hong Kong. I still have one and half year contract when my friends ask me and will discuss again when my contract is expiring." He disclosed he was busy filming series in Mainland China lately and needed to return immediately after the promotion campaign.
