Acting causes Ruco Chan's liver enzyme level to increase

Ruco Chan (陳展鵬) accepted an interview about TVB new series, Ruse of Engagement (叛逃) from the radio station and when asked the drama only aired after three years due to female lead, Yoyo Meng (蒙嘉慧) left TVB, Ruco said "I do not agree as it involve many artistes and resources to film a drama. (You do not believe the rumours?) It does not really affect me. Though many artistes have left TVB and return, but the drama will continue to air on television."

As Ruco worked with Steven Ma (馬浚偉) before and he went into hospital due to high blood pressure earlier, Ruco disclosed he was unaware and said "I have no idea. He is skinny yet has high blood pressure? He has to take care of his health and high blood pressure can be quite a hassle plus may result in big impact. (Already discharged?) It is ok if he is all right and will message him to show concern."

Ruco revealed that he will go for medical checkup every year and said "I have been filming drama without stopping for the past 2 to 3 years and afraid that I cannot endure it. I discover my liver enzyme level increases last year and it is considered dangerous. There is a big possibility that I may have liver illness and must take medicine to control it."
