Raymond Lam is keeping fit for his concert next year



Singer Raymond Lam (林峯) was at radio station to promote his new song, Heart Attack and expressed it had been two years since releasing new album and will be holding his concert in April 2016. He admitted that it took him longest time to prepare the upcoming concert and started to undergo training since one month ago. When asked if he will show his six abs this time, Raymond said: "Depends if others see it." The dancing instructor also made the steps simpler and it allowed the audiences to dance together this round.

When the reporters mentioned his girlfriend, Karena Ng (吳千語) would not gain weight at all, Raymond replied she had bigger appetite than him: "Please do not let her hear it as she will eat you too! She always says my food intake goes to my body but her food intake goes to her brain!" Asking about the guest list, Raymond responded he needed to evaluate himself first and leave the guest list as last consideration so as to show respect to audiences who buy tickets. He added he was extra cautious and nervous due to sufficient time preparation.

Mentioning about his workload during Christmas and New Year, Raymond replied he needed to perform for company and participate award ceremony in Mainland China. When asked if he will participate TVB Anniversary Awards, Raymond said: "Most likely not as I have no songs. The company asks if I can keep up with the schedule and there is no need to be anxious. I am participating in everything such as recording and choosing songs and production."
