Leon Lai (黎明) graciously discussed his first love during a Chinese show earlier and dated a female classmate for 6 to 9 months when he was 18 or 19 years old. He recalled the mother would tell him whenever he sent his girlfriend home: "Your relationship will not last long and please do not hurt my daughter!" Leon felt the mother was very straightforward but he did not hurt anybody and start to understand the meaning upon growing up.
