New movie: Sara: Charlene Choi did not feel embarrass to face her boyfriend, William Chan
The Chairman, Professor Albert Yeung (楊受成), of Emperor International Holdings Limited, together with artiste, Charlene Choi (蔡卓妍), Simon Yam (任達華) and Chapman To (杜汶澤), attended the movie premiere, Sara (雛妓), in Kowloon Bay (九龍灣). Joey Yung (容祖兒), Anthony Wong (黃秋生), Hin Cheung (張敬軒), Gillian Chung (鍾欣潼), Sherman Chung (鍾舒漫), and other artistes from Emperor group also turned up to show support for Charlene. However, Deep Ng (吳浩康) was nowhere in sight.
Charlene disclosed her mother turned up to support her movie and when asked if she felt embarrassed to face her mother after the movie, she said: "In fact, parents can watch it but please do not discuss the story thereafter. (Afraid your boyfriend, William Chan, will mind it?) He is more powerful than me. (Feel embarrassed?) Why should I? We are artistes and will not feel embarrassed."
Dared not think of becoming Movie Queen
When asked if she had any confidence to become Movie Queen during Hong Kong Film Award, Charlene said: "All opponents are very strong and I already watch all their movies. Although I wish to get award, but dare not think about it and afraid of disappointment."
As for ticket sales, Charlene said: "Not much pressure as I receive good reviews about the movie. (Producer, Chapman To, wants to work with you on new film?) Is it? No problem!"
