In the series, Lily acted as a country bumpkin and made many amusing jokes. She expressed that she felt strange with her ugly rabbit tooth image but will not frighten her suitors: "Perhaps they want to kiss me as I have rabbit tooth."
When asked about her filming partner, Ali Lee (李佳芯) whom was classified as the new generation of 'foxy woman', Tony laughed and said: "Her eyes are beautiful but it will not seduce people. (Natalie Tong 唐詩詠 is prettier?) Natalie's eyes are beautiful too and most gorgeous when looking at me."
