Siu Bow (陳嘉佳) was forced to pay $320 fine in order to unlock her car a few days ago. After one day, her mood seemed to resume to normal and shared a video clip of herself acting in two roles on Facebook. In the beginning of the video, Siu Bow wore a hat and said: "Do you understand? It is too much! 15 minutes and you are scolding although you are in the wrong? Is something wrong with you? Do you know 15 minutes will affect people greatly?" It is obvious that she is acting as the security guard at that time.
