CEO of Voice Entertainment, Herman Ho personally rebutted the 'frozen' rumours related to Linda Chung




Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) was the favourite of the CEO of Voice Entertainment (星夢娛樂), Herman Ho (何哲圖), but due to the quick rising popularity of Jinny Ng (吳若希) after singing the song, Love is Not Easy (越難越愛) and was selected to sing the ending theme song, The Empress of China (武則天), the rumours of Linda being 'frozen' and losing love from the company arose again.

However a few days ago, Herman personally rebutted the rumours and expressed Linda was selected to sing the ending theme song, The Empress of China and he will be acting as producer to step into the recording studio with her. Linda will also a duet with Aarif Lee (李治廷) for one of the ending theme songs.

Felt elated to work together with Herman for 6 years

Linda expressed that she will not bother about those groundless rumours: "I have recorded 4 songs and hope to release my new album by end of this year, as will be filming new series in Mainland China shortly and returning to Hong Kong to film series thereafter." When asked if she was 'frozen' by the company, Linda said: "The company has no 'cold palace' except air-con. In fact, we need not compete with each other and it is a good news that the company has more talents, and I trust Herman very much." She worked together with Herman for 6 years and said: "We have a happy working cooperation."

Praised Jinny was a hardworking artiste

When mentioned about Jinny, Linda replied that she was unfamiliar with her but was aware that her mother was hospitalised due to bike accident. She sent her blessings and regards to Jinny: "She is very brave and hardworking, and will be a successful artiste in the future."

When asked about the current rumours, Jinny replied through telephone interview: "Good and we sing together." She expressed Herman was fair to everybody: "He treated everyone nice and will make a visit at the recording studio. We need not reply to those groundless rumours." When mentioned about 'Ah Jie' problem, Jinny said: "It does not affect me as I am not 'Ah Jie' all along."
