Recently, Stefan Wong (黃長興) has been promoted to father status and few days ago around 3pm plus, he appeared at the luxury shops alone in the Central. However, he did not enter into the shopping mall but pass by and walk towards the ferry.
Stefan was seen bending down his head, playing and messaging on his mobile. While taking the escalator, he did not hold the handrail and talked on the phone, and this was a very dangerous act. Stefan then went into a restaurant nearby the ferry to have meal with his friend.
